We understand that our handcrafted, unique carpentry items are highly sought after, and occasionally, certain items may be out of stock as they are sold on a first come first serve basis. If you find that the item you desire is unavailable, you can contact us, simply send a message to let us know you are interested in the item and we can look to make you another item as a custom order!

We will work quickly to either issue a refund, or a replacement where possible.
